American Century ETF Trust - American Century Select High Yield ETF (AHYB) is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the American Century Select High Yield Index (the "Index"). The Index is designed to target securities that are expected to have higher income, but may also have higher risk, than the broad high yield bond market. The fund seeks to replicate the Index by investing at least 80% of its net assets in securities that comprise the Index. These securities are selected through a proprietary screening methodology developed by American Century Investments. The fund may invest in securities of any maturity, but primarily invests in securities with maturities of five years or less.

The American Century Select High Yield Index consists of a broad universe of fixed income securities, including high yield bonds and leveraged loans, that are publicly issued in the U.S. and denominated in U.S. dollars. The Index is designed to reflect the performance of this universe of securities based on their income potential and credit risk. The selection methodology incorporates both quantitative and qualitative criteria such as yield, leverage, and credit rating. The Index is rebalanced annually and may be adjusted throughout the year based on changes in the composition of the underlying securities.
