The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in investment-grade corporate bonds that are primarily denominated in U.S. dollars. These bonds include those issued by U.S. and non-U.S. corporations, as well as by supranational, sovereign, and local government entities. The remaining 20% of its net assets may be invested in certain other types of securities, such as U.S. government securities and cash equivalents.
