The Amplify BlackSwan Growth & Treasury Core ETF (SWAN) is an exchange-traded fund that provides investors with exposure to both growth and treasury securities. This unique combination allows investors to benefit from the potential upside of growth stocks while also providing a buffer against market downturns through the inclusion of treasury bonds. The ETF aims to provide long-term capital appreciation while also preserving capital during periods of market volatility.

SWAN seeks to achieve its investment objective by allocating approximately 90% of its net assets to U.S. treasury securities and investing the remaining 10% in long-term call options on the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust. This strategy allows the fund to participate in the potential upside of the stock market while also providing downside protection through its treasury holdings.
