These terms cover your use of stocklytics.com. The site is operated by Stocklytics Inc., a company incorporated in the Marshall Islands.

The service

Stocklytics gives you screens, scores, comparison tools, paper trading, alerts, and written research notes. The tools are for general education. They are not investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any investment. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

You may create a free account with an email and password, or with a Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your session.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, scraping it in a way that degrades the service, posting unlawful content in notes you store, or using the site to mislead someone else. We may suspend an account that does this.

Alerts

Price and news alerts need an email address and a confirmation link before we send a digest. You can unsubscribe from the link in the message. On-device alerts stay in your browser and are not an email service.

Your content

Watchlists, notes, paper trades, and saved screens that you store are yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the product can work. We do not claim ownership of them.

Our content

The Stocklytics name, the score method, and the pages we write are ours. You may link to a public page. You may not copy the site and present it as your own product.

No promise of accuracy

Market data can be delayed, missing, or wrong. Fair value, scores, AI notes, and signals are models. They can be wrong. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You are responsible for your own decisions. Read the disclaimer.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Stocklytics Inc. is not liable for investment losses or for decisions you take from the site. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer that the law says cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands. That does not remove rights you have under UK consumer law that cannot be waived.
